    "Two issues - I was told my car was shipping and then later learned that it was not going to ship until paperwork was received back. This could have been expedited if it was clearer. Also I was expecting my car to be delivered in a covered truck (that was the inference from the calls I had) but it came in an uncovered truck. He unfailingly is always patient with my concerns, explains everything until it's crystal clear and makes you feel like you are the only client present that day. My experiences also at the cashier, courtesy car counter and valet went smoothly and as expected. My 2011 Mini Cooper S Hardtop was detailed. I've had detailing before elsewhere and the car came back basically like it had a glorified carwash. Your detailing returned the car looking like the day that I took possession a year ago.     "1. service adviser was at lunch during our scheduled appointment 2. service adviser did not want to find a car manual so i could show him what warning light came on i.e window warning light 3 received a brand new jetta for our loner car that came equipt with a complimentary bag of marijuana and pipe found in the passenger seat back pocket. 4. returned the jetta back to mini for a mini clubman loaner. lots of apologizing but, no one made good of the incident. 5. so in the end...i received a car back that has a noise i will have to live with. a warning light (light bulb) that wasn't fixed and a token that got me a ride on the subway. vista...at least offer to pay for the gas and the 3.95 you charged me for the loaner. oh and a phone call could have been nice too."   –   Sarah K., Coconut Creek, FL Nov 30, 2011
