    "There was absolutely no communication from my Service Advisor on the progress of my car. There were multiple days when he told me my car would be ready and when it was not ready on that day he did not communicate that fact to me. Even worse, when I would call in to talk to him, I would inevitably get his voicemail. When I would leave a voicemail he would not respond within 24 hours. He was difficult to deal with and not very pleasant. When there were delays in my car being ready he blamed it on my insurance, however when I spoke to my insurance provider they told me my Service Advisor was requesting parts that were more expensive and ornate than I initially had, which was leading to some of the delays. Overall my car took twice as long to be ready as initially indicated. I scheduled multiple days planning to pick up my car, only to find out it would not be ready on said day. This was very unpleasant, especially since I work a busy schedule that does not allow for that type of unexpectedness in my schedule. Three people who arrived after me had already left with their cars, so when I went to ask about mine the response on the walkie talkie from the gentleman at the counter was in Spanish that they couldn't find my car.     "The MINI advisor was respectful, cooperate and very nice. However, that was the only person that had a clue about customer service. The so called 'valet' service was horrible. It was disorganized, verging on non-existing, unhelpful and seemed to not care much about working. The valet area was filled with cars, and yet, it was 8 AM and there were no customers other than myself. But the unhelpful valet could have been overlooked if the actual service was done right and the security guard in the valet area had not been rude and condescending. I took my car to the service department because an engine light had turned on, and the manual said to take it to dealer right away (mind you I drive a 2012 MINI Cooper).
